General Terms and Conditions Trahütti Premium Lodges
We warmly welcome you to our lodges and ask you to inform us about our general terms and conditions and privacy policy.
GENERALLY
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all guests of the Trahutti Premium Lodges.
1.2 By entering a reservation request or reservation, you as a guest of Trahütti Premium Lodges agree to the General Terms and Conditions.
1.3 The minimum stay in the Trahütti Premium Lodges is two nights.
1.4 Check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., check-out is possible until 11:00 a.m. This can be deviated from in consultation.
1.5 Smoking is not permitted indoors or in the rooms. Smoking is permitted outdoors, but for fire and hygiene reasons, you should place all smoke waste in ashtrays and extinguish them before losing sight of them.
1.6 Pets are not allowed.
1.7 Trahütti Premium Lodges is accommodation for adults only, the minimum age is 18 years: children are of course welcome.
1.8 Guests can leave their car in a private parking lot. Parking is always at your own risk.
1.9 Guests must have a permanent residence or residence.
1.10 In the event of a violation of the General Terms and Conditions and/or the House Rules or in the event of inappropriate behavior, the owners of the Trahütti Premium Lodges may refuse and/or deny guests access to the accommodation with immediate effect without further notice and without refunding the accommodation costs.
1.11 Trahütti Premium Lodges reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions. You accept and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of your use of the Trahütti Premium Lodges website and facilities.
PRICES
2.1 The prices stated are per house and night.
2.2 The prices shown include the use of water, electricity, air conditioning as well as bath and bed linen. We would appreciate it if you did not use water and air conditioning unnecessarily.
2.3 The prices quoted include VAT (or similar tax) in accordance with the applicable VAT rate.
2.4 The prices shown do not include the use of other services offered by Trahütti Premium Lodges.
2.5 The prices stated do not include the costs of cancellation and travel insurance. We recommend that you take out cancellation and travel insurance.
2.6 The tariffs displayed are subject to change.
RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
3.1 A reservation request or reservation can be made verbally, by telephone, in writing, by email or via booking websites.
3.3 After receiving your reservation request and the confirmation sent by Trahütti Premium Lodges, you are obliged to pay the deposit. The reservation is only final once you have received confirmation from us and the deposit has been paid.
PAYMENT
4.1 The deposit is 50% (other % may be used for other booking sites such as our own), once the deposit is received the reservation is final. The remaining payment must be made no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
4.2 If you book within 4 weeks of arrival, the total amount must be paid immediately.
4.3 Deposit and remaining payment must be transferred to IBAN: AT682081500044162527 for the attention of MA den Broeder.
CANCELLATION
5.1 Cancellations will only be accepted in writing or by email stating your reservation number.
5.2 If the reservation contract is canceled, the following cancellation costs will be charged:
In addition to the reservation and other costs due, the following applies:
• Cancellation up to 90 days before arrival: 15% of the rental price;
• Cancellation from the 90th day to the 60th day before arrival: 50% of the rental price;
• Cancellation from the 60th day to the 31st day before arrival: 75% of the rental price;
• If canceled from the 31st day to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the rental price;
• Cancellation on the day of arrival or later: 100% of the rental price.
5.3 In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be due.
5.4 We recommend that you take out good travel cancellation insurance.
FORCE MAJEURE
6.1 In the event of force majeure, both permanent and temporary, Trahütti Premium Lodges is entitled to dissolve the contract in whole or in part or to temporarily suspend it without the guest being able to assert claims for performance and/or damages. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: threat of war, war, riots, strikes, boycotts, disruptions in the energy cycle, traffic or transportation, official measures, shortages of raw materials, natural disasters and, in addition, all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions, death of one of the owners or close relatives etc., under which full or partial performance of the Contract cannot reasonably and equitably be required of the Accommodation. Of course we will do everything we can to offer you a new home at this time. If you do not want to use it, you will be credited with the costs you paid.
LIABILITY
7.1 Trahütti Premium Lodges is not liable for any damage caused to the guest or third parties as a result of their stay in the accommodation; the guest releases the Trahütti Premium Lodges from any claims in this regard. Trahütti Premium Lodges is not liable for disruptions in and around the accommodation, such as disruptions and failures of electricity and water supplies and technical systems that are not announced or not announced in a timely manner, construction and/or road work in the vicinity of the accommodation. Trahütti Premium Lodges is not liable for damage, loss or theft of the guest's personal belongings.
7.2 Trahütti Premium Lodges is only liable for damage caused by gross negligence or negligence on the part of the owners
7.3 The accommodation provider's liability is always limited to the maximum amount that Trahütti Premium Lodges' insurer pays out in the respective case.
INJURY
8.1 The guest must behave properly and use the lodges in accordance with the appropriate instructions of the accommodation or the owners.
8.2 The main guest is legally liable for damage caused by him or his fellow guests to the Trahütti Premium Lodges or the goods or people located therein.
8.3 Any damage must be reported by the guest directly to the owners. Repair and/or replacement costs must be reimbursed by the guest.
8.4 If the key is lost, all resulting costs will be borne by the guest.
CLEANING
For every booking made we charge EUR 125 for the final cleaning. We ask the booker to leave the lodges swept clean and to comply with the additional departure conditions described in the house rules.
